Support Doctor Hussein Ali  not to be deported in UK

Dr.Hussein Ali KAK Abdulla :D.O.B( 10-12-1976)H.O.R:K1088609

Dr Hussein arrived in the UK on 21/11/2000 and applied indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom.  In 2004 he was granted indefinite leave to remain and started working as a doctor.  Dr Hussein applied for a family reunion visa for his wife to join him through British Embassy in Jordan.  His wife was given a visa in December 2005 and arrived in the UK in January 2006. Dr Hussein’s said ‘we have a child which is two years old which was born in the UK and we are expecting anther one child at the end of June 2009`.

The immigration police raided our house in Liverpool on the 17 October he has been detained since.  The Home Office claim to have sent him a letter to his old home revoking his refugee status.  Dr Hussein never received this letter.  He is currently being held and accused of working illegally.

The UK goverment plans to send back Dr.Hussein Ali KAK Abdulla to Kurdistan by force.  IFIR & csdiraq request that  Dr.Hussein Ali KAK Abdulla is released from Haisler detention Centre immediately and  review his case and grant him indefinite leave to remain on compassionate grounds.

IFIR&csdieaq ask  all human right and  refugee right organisations,  and Trade unions to support Dr.Hussein Ali KAK Abdulla.
